This is a pizza place with a twist.... kid's games.
The menu is mainly pizza but they have sub-sandwiches and chicken fingers and green salads and a few other items. You know the kids are going to want the pizza so you might as well oder one. And with each meal you can get 20-50 game tokens that allow the kids to play the dozens of kid-oriented games.
There are rooms aimed at different age groups so toddlers can play safely in a quieter environment while the 10 year-olds run around like wild Indians in their play area.

There are characters (volunteers dressed in cartoon costumes) to greet the kids and animatronics for their entertainment.
It is noisy, it is hectic, it is a place that adults are dreading and kids loving.

This is one of the better ideas that the Canadians have exported to USA. It is counter-service with small tables/chairs to sit and eat. Decor is formica and bright. Coffee is hot and black.

The menu has baked goods (donuts, danish, fritters, croissants, cookies, etc.) and bagels and yogurt dishes and wraps and sandwiches. You can have tea or coffee or milk or juice or sode to drink. They have now introduced soups and chilis too to draw in more customers.

The place is very popular with the locals because you don't have to dress up and you can get something to go very quickly. They provide drive-up service as well as counter service.

Their sandwiches aren't as good as DiBellas or Wegmans, but they definitely give Subway a run for the money.

This location lies within the area usually refered to as Greece, NY. Greece is very safe (I know, I live there), therefore this area is also very safe and has little crime risk.
I think the only incident that I can recall over the last 30-40 years where this area made the newspapers was an accident where someone was crossing the Erie Canal near here during the winter and fell through the ice and drowned.

So come on out and enjoy yourself here. Use common sense and practice the same safety activities you would at home.

This park has some nice hiking, trail-skiing and birding trails.
There is a paved walking/jogging path that goes right along the Erie Canal.
There are full restroom facilities that are handicap accessible.

There are two pavilions that can be rented for group events. Picnic tables and grill-stands dot the open areas of the park where you can throw out a blanket and bask in the sun.
There is a big parking lot right near the Elmgrove Road entrance.

The park has provided a dog-friendly section and they even have special events for the benefit of the SPCA, the Humane Society and Lolipop Farm for Abandoned Animals.
The park includes ball fields and there is a hotly-contested prposal to take a large chunk of park land to make a series of soccer fields.

    to get there:
    241 Elmgrove Road (route 386)
take route 104 west out of Rochester and connect to route 386. go south on route 386 and see the signs
