Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Bring long underwear in the winter, good waterproof boots, a down parka and understand that if you have expensive boots, the salt (used on roads and sidewalks) WILL cause damage to your boots. Thermal "LL Bean" boots work well, since they have a rubber area which isn't attacked by the salt, but the stitching will eventually be effected.

Photo Equipment: M.Q. Camera on Hawley St. can take care of all your professional photo needs. Otherwise, there are many places with 1-hour film development, including Eckerd, CVS, Wegmas, Walmart, etc.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Bring sunscreen in summer. While it's freezing in winter, hot and muggy days characterize summer. Expect 80-90 degrees with 80-90% humidity in August.
