The goal of this company is to provide the best tasting sandwiches at a reasonable price to the most people. And once you have tasted one of their products I am sure you will be added to the growing millions who make this place popular.

The decor is right out of the 1950s in style and feel.
The service is from a counter line where you select which meats or meat-substitutes you want as the base of your sandwich and choose the bun, additives, condiments, and whether you want it hot or cold. You proceed down the line to the cashier while the food preparer makes your meal. By the time you have paid, the sandwich is ready to eat (hot sandwiches take a few minutes longer).
You take your sandwich, beverage and snack to leatherette booths down the black-white tile floor. The place is always comfortable and never loud no matter how crowded it is because of the way they have designed the booths and seating area.

The most expensive sandwich is about $7 and it is enough food to feed two people. So you get a good amount of food at a good price. You can eat it there or take it home.

Both the town and city of Tonawanda have developed internal communities and neighborhoods over the two hundred years of settlement in the area.
