Nordstrom's in a department store located in the Westchester Mall. They carry clothing for men, women and chidren, shoes, makeup, fragrance, handbags, jewelry and other accessories. The store has a nice floor plan and is easy to find what you're looking for. The sales associates have always been helpful when either I or Liz needed asistance.

Liz likes to shop at Nordstrom's because they have a nice selection of petite clothing and a helpful staff in the shoe department. I like their men's shoe department and their great selection of designer ties.

What to buy: You can basically shop for the whole family at Nordstrom's from baby to adult.

Our last visit to Nordstrom's lead to a shoe purchase. We had been looking fo a red pair of heels to go with a dress Liz had bought earlier. Both of us spotted a pair and headed over to have a closer look. We asked the sales girl for Liz's size and waited for the box. As soon as she tried them on I knew she had to have them. So, a couple of hundred dollars later she was bringing her new shoes home.

What to pay: Affordable-expensive.
