Driving is our prefered method of transportation to White Plains. It is a short drive from where we live so it is very easy to hop in the car. White Plains can be very congested during the weekends and after 5pm on weekdays so be patient when you are in traffic. Parking can be a hassle. Most places charge for parking in their lots, at the municiple parking areas and at street meters so be prepared.
