This self-proclaimed "American Bistro" is more like an infusion of tastes from all over the place. Owner/chef Mark Martin (not the Nascar driver) is originally from Charlotte, but he went to culinary school in New England and also lived in New Mexico. The restaurant is located in a beautifully restored home in the Elizabeth neighborhood and seats about 80 people.
Favorite Dish: Red Chili herb marinated pork loin.
You'll pay between $6-9 for starters and between $12-20 for the main course.
