Local place that is always crowded with a line on some nights. They have some of the best hush puppies I ever had. A family restaurant there is nothing special about the decor.
Favorite Dish: Popcorn shimp, Clam strips, Boiled shrimp and the flounder are my favorites. Course the Hush puppies I always order extra.
A few years ago, my wife and I were very fortunate to come across this restaurant, and have been frequent visitors ever since. Whether you're comfortable with standard Mexican fare- tacos, enchiladas, etc. or are a bit more adventurous in your eating, Andele! is well worth the few minute drive from downtown Concord. To begin, every table is served not one, but 3 salsas, from mild to molten, to go along with their crisp, warm tortilla chips. They have a great selection of soups, salads, and fantastic seafood. How about tilapia in diablo sauce, 3 kinds of ceviche, or chicken smothered in sour cream sauce? There is also an ample selection of cold beers and mixed drinks (My wife's favorite is the mango marguerita). This is a very informal eatery, and the prices are very family friendly. A night out with the kids won't break the bank. To top it off, Andele! ALWAYS posts the highest state sanitation ratings (above 100%), and the wait staff is friendly and courteous. Your food always comes fast and hot, even on the busiest night. A very comfortable atmosphere, and easy on the wallet. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault!
Favorite Dish: Too many to choose from - combo plate because of its variety (enchiladas, chalupa, pico de gallo, pablano...); whole, broiled telapia, tacos Andele! - very unique.
This is the second most ample mall food court I've seen. Only Pentagon City in Arlington, Virginia has more choices. Among what you'll find at the Concord Mills food court:
Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Burger King, Cajun Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Candy World, Carvel, Cinnabon, Cold Stone Creamery, Dairy Queen, Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Dive In, Freshens Yogurt / Great American Cookie / Pretzel Time, Great Steak and Potato Company, Mrs. Rich's Bakery, Ranch 1, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Sbarro, Starbucks Coffee, and Yeung's Lotus Express
So, whether you want some ice cream, baked goods, Chinese or Cajun food or barbecue, it's all here at the food court.
Favorite Dish: Mark and I went to the Cold Stone Creamery where he had white chocolate ice cream and I had my old favourite raspberry sherbet. Normally, we would have taken a full lunch here, but we were saving up our appetite for a Brazilian churrascaria down in Charlotte later that day.
There are plenty of food choices in and around Concord Mills Mall. Inside the mall, you'll find the Jillian's, Alabama Grill, the California Pizza Kitchen, Sbarro and many other fast food chains. Outside, there is Panera Bread (paninis, soups, etc.), Razzoos Cajun Grill (very friendly, average food) and TGI Friday's.
Fine restaraunt with fine surroundings, big hearty servings at an great price. This place serves the best Italian and Greek dishes.. this was one of the local favorites.
Favorite Dish: I couldnt pick one if I tried. They were all so very good.
