Don Quijote Restaurant

Don Quijote is a tapas (light Spanish snacks) in Charlotte. Most folks who are not familiar with North Carolina might look at it as rural and backwoods, but I can't think of a cuisine NOT available in Charlotte.

Favorite Dish: I personally had the sauteed mushrooms for an appetiser and saffron rice with chicken, lamb and pork. I'll be back.
