As a starter, I had the Lentil Soup with Sausage and hot bread which you can dip in olive oil and seasonings. For dinner, I had Chicken Marsala which was a fire-roasted chicken breast topped with mushrooms and prosciutto in a Lombardo Marsala wine sauce. Washed it down with a Sam Adams Winterfest brew.
