Lisbon is the county seat of Ransom County and has a population of slightly over 2000. Lisbon and Ransom County are in the southeast corner of the state. Lisbon was founded in 1880 by Joesph L. Colton, who named the new city after Lisbon, New York, his wife's hometown.

This is a saloon style place that serves food and drinks. I did not eat here and am not sure what type food they serve. I think it is typical bar and grill fare. The rum and coke was fine.
Dress Code: Casual cowboy attire is most common. Jeans and a T-shirt is fine.
