This lovely mansion and garden are open from 10am to about 6pm with tours starting at 11am.
For $10 per person you get to tour the Grounds, Gardens, Gate Lodge and Conservatory.
You can wait for a tour guide or join an existing group or take a self-tour. For an additional $10 you can walk through the mansion or for $15 be guided through the mansion.
The price is pretty high but the architecture, colors, artifacts, and furniture are elegant.
Each tour takes a good hour.
Some areas you are not allowed to take pictures.
They also have a package price which is $20 for a two hour tour that hits every aspect of the property.

There is a fabulous gift shop where can purchase expensive souveniers and trinkets.
The old stables have been converted into The Carriage House Cafe where you can get soup, salad, sandwich and finger foods and beverages after your long walks through the estate.
Enjoy lunch indoors, on our terrace or in the courtyard. A picnic area also provides additional seating under the tall trees.

Makes me wanna shop, shop, shop!

Don Drumm Studio and Gallery is a great spot! It's a converted house full of jewelry, pottery, crafts and his speciality - metal sculptures. The prices are really reasonable for the crafts they sell and the employees are all really friendly. I probably could've spent hours there!
