    Spring Grove Cemetery

Founded over 100 years ago, this cemetery also boasts itself as an Arboretum. There are over 1,200 species of flowering trees, shrubs, and perennials in its 733 acres. It is a laboratory for national Universities, nurseries, and growers who bring new plants and seeds to test within the cemetery gates. This makes it a parklike setting, perfect for an afternoon walk or picnic!

Yes, that's right. Johnny Appleseed is buried in Spring Grove Cemetary.

This ironic that that I noticed is, there are no Apple trees in the vicinity.
