Mohican State Park Travel Guide

The hiking trail leading from the Covered Bridge parking area to Big Lyon's Falls is probably the most popular in the park. To Big Lyon's Falls and back is approximately 2 miles. The trail is relatively flat offering views of rock out-croppings and the Mohican river. The trail enters the falls area on the southeast side. In dry months there is very little water going over the falls. Use caution as the trail can be very rocky in spots and there are many roots in eroded sections.
