Hocking Hills Sate Park: Hocking Hills is the place to Stay

Sonics is on ST RT 33 that runs thru Nelsonville. The people rollerskate out to your car to serve you! It's cool. The prices are reasonable and the food is good.

This is a big nature area. You need to go to Athens for night life. Will give you more info on Athens when I go.
Dress Code: We enjoyed an Indian group that played while we were at the Paul Bunyan Festival during the day.

You can drive to the train depot to take a scenic tour around Nelsonville. I think it's about $8.00 round trip. They have different trips you can take for different seasons.

Luggage and bags: Bring clothes for different climates. You never know what your going to need! Plus a rain coat.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: I always bring my own supplies.

Favorite thing: Nelsonville is the start of the appalation Mountains. There's rolling fields and then mountains just kind of pop up out of nowhere.
Wonderful waterfalls and gorges to explore. we have camped at the Hocking Hills State Park and it was beautiful.
Fondest memory: The scenery!
