Ohio Caverns is the largest and most beautiful of all Ohio Caves. Its exquisite crystal-white stalactite and stalagmite formations are nowhere to be found in greater profusion of artistic settings. The diversity of formations and unexcelled coloring are all the more interesting because the formations are still in the process of development so be sure to bring your camera to keep these memories.

Regardless of the weather conditions the temperature of the Ohio Caverns remains a constant 54° F. (12.2° C.) throughout the year. The air inside the Caverns is always fresh and invigorating. The tour route through the Caverns is level concrete path which will allow you to enjoy the natural beauties of the Cavern safely and conveniently.

Anitques, old general store, Ice Cream Parlor, Maries Candies Shop, Flower & gift Shops, Ohio Caverns, Keep going south on St Rt 68 and you'll see a big barn on the right that is a gift shop. It has some really neat stuff in it too! Right by that is where you will turn left to go to the Ohio Caverns!

Nested in the lush countryside, two European-style chateaus will recapture your curiosity for days gone by. Each with its own charm and personality, Castles Mac-A-Cheek and Mac-O-Chee were constructed prior to the turn of the century by prominent brothers who grew up in the area. Engage in a detailed, guided tour of each castle. Open March through October for regular tours, and Thanksgiving through New Years for Holiday tours. Large group tours by appointment.

The cutest little Book Store. I was in there for quite some time just enjoying the atmoshphere. There are kittys in there that enjoy your company in their store! So if you sit in their rocker expect some company!!. Or you may just put your purse on the counter and find your your purse a little heavier than it was when you came in from a furry friend who happened to think it was a nice place for a nap. ( they really aren't that bad!!) I just love animals. And have a good time playing with them and their personalities.
