Bandon Restaurants

My girlfriend is vegan, so when we went in the restaurant we asked if she could have the PBJ sandwich which was on kids menu (there is nothing else vegan here). I was going to have some seafood. The greeting person, who was a middle aged Asian lady, started to tell us how this place was not appropriate for us, but only after hearing the PBJ part - obviously thinking we both wanted to eat that and it would be a cheap meal in an otherwise expensive restaurant, and started to physically shove us outside.

Rude rude rude.

Located a few streets from the wharf, the Bandon Bakery and Deli is a friendly place to grab a reasonably priced meal. I stopped in for a much needed latte and pastry.

The Wheelhouse Restaurant is a nice locally owned establishment. It features fresh local seafood. The specialities include local bay shrimp and dungenous crab.
