This grocery store isn't huge, but the biggest in town and matches Cannon Beach's overall rustic look.
What to buy: I purchase cheese, smoked salmon and bread to snack on in my motel room.
It has a lot of stuff that is suitable for picnics and visitors without cooking facilities, including a deli, large selection of mostly Oregon wines, etc., but also carries all the staples that residents would need, such as meat, milk, etc. There's a good selection of fresh fish, as you would expect in a coastal grocery.
What to pay: More than if you shop the sales in big groceries elsewhere, but really very reasonable I thought.
What to buy: Surprisingly, the little town of Cannon Beach has bunches of stores and boutiques - too many for some. It's definitely become a touristy little place, but I didn't mind. It seems to be made for strolling up and down the many shops. Mostly they're artsy places, with a wide range of prices and offerings. I found one of my favorite pieces of furniture here, a beautiful little Chinese dresser.
