Rosalina's occupies a space in the restored old Harold's Market building in what used to be the town center of Veneta. It is a good little restaurant with Mexican meals that rival any in Eugene or Springfield. The decor is very nicely done with Mexican sombreros and flags and art objects. The staff is dilligent, attentive and friendly.
This restaurant is worth the short drive to the country.
Favorite Dish: Our retired teachers group meets here for lunch once a month. And we always enjoy ourselves. The atmosphere is quiet and we can be as rowdy as we want. The menu is extensive. The last two meetings I had a beef burrito and huevos con chorizo. Both were served with beans, rice, vegetable garnish and cheese topping. Also included is a small dessert of sherbert served on a tortilla chip and bathed in raspberry sauce. A nice ending to a good lunch.Related to:
