Jack Frost doesn't have the longest, nor the most trails in the Poconos. But the ones they have are excellent. They keep them well groomed and they are easy to access. Not like some ski resorts where you have to trek and trek to get from one trail to another. The trails are laid out in order too. Beginners, Intermediate, Expert. All in order. Nice!

With the exception of Bear Creek, this ski resort is like all the others in the Poconos. The food is Way overpriced. The quality- just about palatable. The seating conditions- cramped and crowded. Skiers leave all their belongs on top of the tables, 'claiming' their place. So,,,even if no one is at a table, one cannot actually sit there and eat. There is usually one non-skier plopped there, reading a book, keeping guard over the table. One has to beg and grovel for temporary sitting privileges.
