Not really a danger or warning, but you might have trouble finding cell phone service and if you absolutely need to use the phone on regular bases, make sure your room has a phone or there is a landline nearby because cell phones are not reliable In Poconos because of the mountains and lack of cell phone towers. Keep that in mind!

Bushkill Falls is not really a dangerous place, but there are a few things to be wary of. Some of the wooden platforms and staircases can get slippery. the water drips of the rocks and mist sprays from the waterfalls, can keeps them consistantly damp. Be careful and grab the railing if you need to.
Mosquitos. Not terrible here, at least not in mid-May, but it would be wise to wear repellant.

The wood walkways can get wet from the waterfalls spraying. The tend to get a little slippy, so be careful walking.
