Carriage path and trails on both hillsides of this lush valley on either side of the Wissahickon Creek. The carriage path begins at the border of Lafayette Hill and connects to the Phiadelhia to Valley Forge hike and bike trail. That trail is a 23 mile link which allows one to travel from Philadelphia to Valley Forge off road

Casual atmosphere with good food at reasonalble prices, good beer brewed on the premises, live music at the bar all in a historic colonial inn which also has a bed and breakfast

Favorite thing: go to the Wissahickon Valley portion of Fairmount Park for a walk, hike, carriage path ride or bike and one of this country's best mountain biking areas
Fondest memory: Lafayette Hill is close to the Wissahickon Valley with all its resources and only 20 minutes to center city Philadelphia
