You can take a ride on the Lehigh Canal aboard the Josiah White and listen to the crew give you some historical background about he regional canals. They are in operation from the beginning of May till the end of September.
They also have evening cruises on Saturdays which depart at 6PM. Then starting in October, they have the Fall Foliage Crusies on Saturdays which depart at 1PM. These specialty cruises include dinner and entertainment.

A nice park on the Lehigh River and Canal. A great place to learn about Pennsylvania's canal heritage. This was Pennsylvania's attempt to build the great canal, like the Erie Canal. It was a failure. This park also offers nice picnic areas as well.

Crayola Crayons world headquarters is located in Easton. This is not the actual factory. But it is a place built for the tourist. It is a nice place to take the kids.
