as the ad says: "over 140 brand named outlets where customers realize 25%-65% savings over retail everyday"
That's enough for my wife to drag me there for a day of browsing.
Fall clothing sales with no tax seems to be the "prime" time to hit this outlet mall. But the stores have slashed prices every day on all items and even bigger savings if you have a AAA card.
The size of the mall and its location away from any big city has generated a side business in restaurants and food courts and motels closeby. So you can go there, shop all day and stay the night and have three square meals to boot.
Hours are 10am-9pm on Monday through Saturday and it closes at 7pm on Sunday.
There is a parking lot trolley to take you from car to store or from store to store.
There is even a playground for those parents foolish enough to drag their kids to the mall.
The Prime Outlet is a great place to go shopping! There are a wide variety of stores here. It is especially nice if you are shopping for clothing, because many of the stores are clothing stores, such as Banana Republic, GAP, American Eagle, etc. The prices at these stores are typical. Name brands can be expensive, but Vanity Fair is a clothing store that sells clothes for cheap prices. There are two book stores here, and I've found their prices to be generally very cheap! I've bought some nice books for less than five dollars. There are a lot of specialty shops here, such as the paper factory shop and cooking supply shops.
As for food, there is a food court with Chinese food, Subway, an excellent pizza shop, an ice cream shop, etc. There are also a few candy stores located in other areas of the outlet.
To get from shop to shop you do have to walk outside, so if it is cold out, I definitely suggest wearing a jacket/coat.
