It is sad but true that a car is needed here. This is rural PA and it is hard to get around without a car. So run out and earn some points and get your rental or purchase and lets get going to Intercourse.

Besides walking, this is the most basic form of transportation in this area. It's fun to see them as you tour the countryside.

This one is parked near downtown Intercourse, but there are many opportunities to 'rent' an Amish Cart ride from a genuine Amish Farmer.
