Open Friday and Saturday, Renninger's is a big old building housing lots of local marketeers selling fresh poultry (Jim Neidermyer's is best for turkey and chicken stuff), fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, cheeses and other dairy products, and snacks, nuts, and sandwiches, and more.
These are all local folks, most with a Pennsylvania Dutch accent, say now.
Then there is the antique and collectible and "junk" part of the market that is like a permanent flea market, which is an ongoing thing.
A couple times a year there is the "Extravaganza" that brings in vendors and dealers from all over the mid-Atlantic and really screws up traffic for a day or two.
More of Crystal Cave. I believe this rock formation is called the Night Watchman since he appears to be looking at the door.
Besides, the University, there is one other major attraction, Crystal Cave. Crystal Cave may not be as big as some of the other caves and caverns in the US, but it is just as beautiful.
