The most amazing Christian theater shows. Their Noah show takes you into the Ark with live animals and the stage around you. Everyone I know that's been to one of the Sight & Sound shows says they're fantastic. The scenery is detailed, and the stories are beyond compare.
Cost: $40/50 per adult; $15 per child

D & S Brasserie is a great place to grab a drink and kick back. A group of VTers invaded the patio here in May of 2004 and had a great time. We had spent the afternoon in nearby Intercourse, PA before driving down the road to this place to quench our thirsts.
Dress Code: Come as you are, although there is a nice dining area inside and it's possible that you'll feel a bit out of place wearing shorts and a tee shirt.

The Tally Ho has been around since before I was born. Your standard gay bar with the standard dance music with the standard dudes. But, it is small and gets very crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. They have special celebrations for all the gay holidays.
Dress Code: Shoes required at all times.

The Fulton Opera House is the oldest continuously operating theatre in the USA. Old favorites, including Mark Twain, John Wilkes Booth and Sarah Bernhardt, have performed here. Restoration of its Victorian elegance and improvements to the acoustics were completed in 1995.
In addition to theatre productions, the Fulton also serves as home to the Lancaster Opera and the Lancaster Symphony.
Productions are professionally done with both local and Broadway talent (thanks to our proximity to New York) and the schedule includes classics, as well as world premieres (2 world premieres in 2003).

Live music spot featuring "alternative rock" bands. Past acts have included "Live", "Linkin Park" and "Fuel". "Jimmies Chicken Shack" will be here soon (9/28/02). They also spin club/hiphop/dance/trance on a weekly basis.
Ticket prices for the live shows are about average (depends on the act)...but the space is small (intimate?) and beats the arenas/stadiums.
Some shows are open to the 18-under21 crowd. But, as long as you have a photo ID proving you're 21, you can still get a drink.
Dress Code: trendy...best tip is to dress like the band does.
