Probably the funkiest of several Lititz bars and taverns. This is one place that the rich, famous and often snotty touristy shoppers will never be found! Located just a few blocks from the shopping district this bar is in the basement of a building and is definitely a locals hangout. No food over the winter so eat before you get here but the beer is fresh and cold and you will always meet someone interesting. Dont be afraid if some of the patrons look scary - you will be ok. The barmaids will take care of you every bit as well as they do their regulars. Try their famous Vodka Cherries - 5/$1. Jukebox is full of good music. The Hideaway is a 5min walk from the Chocolate Factory.
curiously nobody converts these beached barns into houses or offices. They just sit at the entrance to new suburban cul de sacs.
