Just be smart as to what things are worth. Especially in the summer which is the peak tourist season. I am sure you can get some good deals but you have to look for them :)

The steam train ride during the autumn is one of New Hope's highlights though I love steam train rides anytime of the year. Same with the boat ride up the Delaware, just a relaxing break from the crowded streets of New Hope.
Do try to go off the beaten path. Stroll down some of those dead-end lanes, visit off-season (winter/late fall/early spring), bring a picnic lunch and dine along the river or canal, stroll over the rickety bridge to Lambertville, NJ and compare the 2 tourist traps! Leave a Comment
