    Riverlink Ferry

    by Tom_Fields Written Sep 26, 2008

The best way to travel between Philadelphia and Camden is by ferry boat. Not only does it save you from sitting in traffic, but it also affords some great views of Philadelphia and Camden. It goes between Penn's Landing and Camden's riverfront at the Aquarium.

Round trip fare is $6.00 for adults, and $5.00 for children and seniors. The boat runs from 9:00 to 5:30, every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Service is weekends only during May and September. The ferry doesn't run from October to April. See the website for schedules.

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Wanna visit Camden's waterfront (the Rivershark's stadium and the Aquarium are just two attractions . . . ) or just wanna take a boat ride? If so, the RiverLink Ferry is a great, relatively inexpensive way to jump across the Delaware River. For $6 for adults, $5 for Seniors, $4 for kids (Free if they're under 2), it's a fun activity especially on a beautiful day.
