Make sure you lock your car doors. It's okay during the day, or if there is a venue going on at on of the facilities. Otherwise, there are a lot of bums and drunks around, and a less concentrated police presence.

The whole county is haunted If you enjoy that type of thing come to berks county. The author Charles Adams has writen 20-25 books on this subject alone. And since Berks has been here since before the civil war alot of things have happened here. we even have our own Berks County Paranormal Investigation Team lol...So the frighten should be ware... Reading is fine these other people are really going over bored Reading is filled with a bunch of fake ass niggas who try to be hard but the ain't If u like the hispanic race this is the place to be if not don't step foot in Reading cuz you will be very unhappy like me.

Gotta watch it going out of downtown Reading. If you go to the northwest or the southeast, you're likely to run into problems. Don't be the errant tourist: Get yourself to a hotel front desk and ask questions. That's what desk clerks are there for; they're the central nerve system in any hotel.

Uhhhhh hate to say but the whole city of Reading you should really look out for.But the most dangerous spots to be in are the 'Projects' like Glenside homes,Oakbrook homes Jamestown Housing Downtown Reading,South side of Reading geeze everywhere!!!
