We happened to be staying at the Rickett's Glen Hotel, our second visit, so we decided to have dinner there as well. It was fantastic! Very helpful, friendly waitstaff bring out your homecooked meal in a timely manor. We watched hummingbirds feed outside while we waited.
Favorite Dish: Lou had the fish special, I had the filet mignon, both were delicious. An unusual addition to the meal was the "potato log" whose name does not sound so appitizing, but in actuality is quite tasty!

After getting caught in the rain and trying not to slip as we hurried down the trail, we sloshed into the Trails End. It's a fairly unassuming, laid back kind of place so luckily no one minded our dishelved state, I guess they are used to dirty hikers in need of a hot meal.
Favorite Dish: Nice hot coffee and the mini potato pancakes were delicious!
