Champs Fitness Center is one of my favorite places in all of Selinsgrove. If you are staying in Selinsgrove for long, you can sign up for a membership at the gym where you can work out, or you can use a fist-day-free-trial. Also, a fun 18-hole mini-golf is outside. However, my favorite part of Champs Fitness Center, is that it now holds Bounce Fun Plex. BFP is a collection of trampolines, complete with a dodgeball court (which hosts the matches for the league), and a foam pit. It's hard to picture, but it's truely amazing and a ton of fun. As the name says, this is a par 3 course and should only be played if you are really desperate and can't find a real golf course.
Actually, it was kind of fun because the holes were easy. But it is not meant for anyone who takes their golf at all seriously. I think the whole course was nine holes at about 1000 yards total. $15 is the cost (plus $5 per club if you need to rent any). Don't bother with a cart because the whole course only takes like a little over an hour.
For the same money, you could just go down the street (route 15) and get a couple bucket of balls at the driving range and have about the same fun.
