I got the impression that this quaint place is also the residence of the owner. It collects all sorts of Native American artifacts, though it concentrates particularly on ash slpint baskets. The same building also houses the Nuweetooun School, which combines a regular school curriculum with environmental studies.
The whole area around Ten Rod Road feels much like any forest until you explore. While the hiking can be much like anywhere else (i.e. very nice), if you look closely, you'll find the ruins of a camp (which could look spooky at night) and an abandoned farm (well, semi abandoned; the barn is in BAD shape but the corn still grows).
