Favorite thing: his sepia tone photo was taken behind the Manatese Hotel, pictured in the background. There is a quiet path with sunflowers and an old rail fence which takes you out to the garden and the area where the animals are kept. They have a llama, amongst other interesting things. Early morning is pure and precious here.
This photo was a B&W which I had developed in a color instant developing machine. The "misuse" of the development process gives an interesting effect.

Favorite thing: Hike along Mohegan Bluffs...the view is to die for! The Bluffs rise 200 feet above sea level, and to get to the rocky beach below is treacherous, but worth it.
Fondest memory: Sitting atop the Bluffs watching the sun set over the ocean...one of those moments you tuck away in your mental photo album.

Fondest memory: Riding around Block Island on bicycles was a good way to exercise and see the scenery. The Bluff was very beautiful near sunset. The island was more hilly than it looked like, so I recommend picking a comfortable mountain bike and be ready to burn some calories.

Favorite thing: BLOCK ISLAND
The architecture of the buildings in town is pretty classic Victorian/at the shore kind of styling. Lots of porches to relax with a drink.

Favorite thing: The island is very rural and sparsely populated...so biking is pretty safe. Some choose to rent motor skooters, which we have tried...but when on your bike, you tend to enjoy the scenery more.
