The Newport Seafood Festival was October 18th and 19th 2008. We were looking foward to it because we both love seafood. It was a sad dissapointment. The lines were long , the prices high and the food blah. I bought some clam chowder that was scalding hot and tasted too much of pepper. Liz bought a Lobster Roll that was not very good. I had never had a Lobster Roll before and was not impressed by this one.
This was one of those events we were looking forward to and walked away unimpressed.
