The seafood is fresh and delicicious. What makes this restaurant so good is the service and the views. I have eaten at the Charleston Crab House on James Island right on the river. The restaurant is decorated with all sorts of fish and nautical themed decorations. The waitstaff even took an interest into entertaining our high energy kids. I give this restaurant a thumbs up! I look forward to eating at the downtown location on the rooftop.

I had heard this place was good a million times, but I'd never tried it out until recently. It was good, the seafood was fresh, and I will most likely go back!!!
There is more than one location, this time I went to the one downtown. But next time, I may try the waterfront one on James Island, because the view there is gorgeous.

Another great local restaurant is the Charleston crabhouse. The downtown location has rooftop seating overlooking Market Street.
