It would seem logical that a PORT would have marinas, so we drove through the town on our way out of Beaufort. But we couldn't find a way to get to any marinas, and the only one we really saw was the Dry Stack Marina, and that just from a distance.
The internet does have additional information on other marinas in or near Port Royal, so I have included that information here even though I have not seen this marina myself

Daily: $1.65 per ft. per day
Electric Charges: 30amp - $4.00 per night;
(2) 30amp or (1) 50amp - $6.00 per night;
(2) 50amps - $12.00 per night
*CMA/AIWA/MTOA/BOAT US/RETURNING GUESTS, all receive 10% off regular daily dockage rates.
($1.50/ foot/day, $7.30/foot/week)
One Month Only: $16.00 per ft. per month
Two - Five Months: $13.00 per ft. per month
Six - Eleven Months: $11.50 per ft. per month
Twelve Months or longer: $10.00 per ft. per month
First and last month due on arrival, Billed monthly thereafter.
Shore Power: 30amp - $40/month, 50amp - $65/month
Cable TV - $25/month
