Saluda is a town of about 3500 (up 17% since 2000) located US Highways 178 and 378 in Central South Carolina (near Columbia). Saluda is the county seat of Saluda County and both got their names from the nearby Saluda River. Saluda seemed to be a friendly little town and I enjoyed walking around here. I liked the courthouse too.
