Long, wide beach with compact fine sand that allows cycling between Midway Inlet and Murrels Inlet, just south of Myrtle Beach. Except for the peak season, dribbling the sunbathers is an occasional event. Expect a south-westerly wind blowing at 25-30 mph at times, making the ride north to Murrels Inlet a pleasant effort which is then rewarded by the effortless way back south.I admit it being the only place where I tried riding for at least 30 seconds with closed eyes. Well, yes, no obstacles or dangers called for the experience! Check tidal activity schedule to ensure an enjoyable ride.

Go fish for as long as you rent, from 4 to 8 hours. Try night fishing for shark, Gulfstream fishing or deepsea. Tuna, Marlin, Barracuda or Shark. They also do cocktail cruises with a max of 24 people. Looks like max of 12 on fishing trips.
