Come ride the 1925 CW Parker electric Carousel. It is open to the public for rides on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons and evenings in the summer. Most summer evenings there is a ball game going on at one of Faulktons' three baseball diamonds. It might be T-ball(6-9yr olds), 14 and unders boys or girls, teeners, or 16 and under, or high school boys or girls.
Dress Code: Misquito spray is usually a must. Since most games are late afternoon or evening, a jacket or umbrella( for the sun) might be helpful.
Several local farmers raise buffalo. Buffalo are not easy to raise. They require very strong fences and can be very easily spooked into running. They can be seen as you drive the country roads. Ask in town and most people can direct you.
Above Lake Faulkton is a 9 hole golf course with grass greens and watered fairways. This is a view of the golf course at Lake Faulkton. On summer weekend evenings, you can go to the Lyric theater to see recent family movies. Open from May till Oct or the weather gets too cold. The Lyric shows recent movies for alot less than the big cities.
