About the only thing I noticed to do in Adamsville is to go to the Buford Pusser Home and Museum. The museum is in the modest brick ranch house that served as Pusser's home, and contains the original furnishings, photos, cars, guns and memorabilia of the Pusser family. Buford Pusser was the subject of the "Walking Tall" movies which tell about his life and death. How much is factual and how much was "Hollywood" is open to debate. For tour hours and current prices check the website.

There is not very much in Adamsville. Its main claim to fame is that it was the home of Buford Pusser the guy the movie "Walking Tall" was based on.
