One of the best and largest arts & crafts festivals I've ever attended. Over 500 booths throughout town with something for everyone - I'm always amazed at the creativity and artistic talent of others. I also love the food booths - the home-made brownies, rice krispy treats (which, for some reason, I cannot make. Mine NEVER come out right...), and the deep fried Oreos. It's a Southern thing...
The timing of the festival makes it a perfect opportunity to begin your holiday gift shopping - there is so much, and most is affordably priced. They also have artisan demonstrations and hay rides. There is no cost to attend, only a $5 parking charge, proceeds of which benefit the Webb School.

These folks are having a great time, laughing and carrying on. Included in the party is Death (as in the Grim Reaper). See if you can find him.
And no cheating by looking further down the page!!!

Swing your partner, do-si-do at the Moon Pie Festival.
The live bluegrass music makes for some great square-dancing and shin-digging. If y'all ain't never been to a good ol' fashioned shin-dig, y'all don't know what you're missing.
