A superb bar with pool tables galore. Hosts over 100 beers from around the world (althought the website now boasts over 75). Drink them all and get your very own flying saucer placed on the wall of fame.

At the Flying Saucer you can find many many different kinds of beer. They are said to have hundreds of different kinds of beer. If you go on the weekends you are likely to find live music here, and when there is a band there is a cover charge. I don't think it's anything more than about $5. When it starts warming up outside they will open the windows and you can watch people as they walk by heading to Beale Street. There are some couches you can sit on here, but if they are taken you can just head into the next room where the bar is & sit down at a table or at the bar. There are also several pool tables.
Flying Saucer Draught Emporium
This is a great people-watching spot, as in the summer time, they open the windows and you can sit right by the windows and watch the people go by, while feeling the warm summer breezes fly...Tons and Tons of beers - largest selection in the South.

This place seems a little more 'dressy' (not flashy, but not in raggedy jeans, t-shirts, etc). Seems like a place where most folks come after work.
