Three stories of fun! Eat dinner, learn a new dance, listen to live music, play some pool on the 3rd floor, and pick up souveniers on your way out the door at the gift shop. Bring the kids too - there is no age limit as long as they're accompanied by an adult. Because of the kids, things stay fairly g-rated here. Yes, they do serve alcohol.
Yes, the Wildhorse Saloon did experience significant flooding the first weekend of May 2010 and is currently closed for clean-up. They will be back open just in time for CMA Fest (aka: FanFair) the second week of June 2010.
Dress Code: Pretty much anything goes. Most people will be wearing jeans and cowboy boots. But I've seen shorts & tennis shoes too.

On a random Monday we heard the guy singing modern country on the Karaoke machine at Buck Wild; he was pretty good, so we decided to stop in for a beer. We occupied two of the bar stools and had some beer while listening to the music.
Our only real problem was the lack of beer selection. They were all out of Yuengling, then we drank the last two Shiners, so we had to move on to our third choice: Sam Adams. Luckily the bartender was friendly, even to us out-of-towners, and the karaoke guy was a good singer and a fun performer. We stuck around for about three rounds of beer enjoying the free entertainment and taking some photos.
The bar is large, with three floors of music and dancing on weekends. Beers are around $5 each.

The night I was here it was closed to the public for the private party we were invited to.
We arrived in style (see transportation tip) and were escorted upstairs to mingle. This is where I was able to meet Toby Keith for the second time that day. This was his year! He took all kinds of awards.
After hobnobbing amongst the tall and famous we went downstairs where they set up the main section of the dance floor like a casino. Off to the other end was a stage, many artist performed for us that evening.
Dress Code: Upscale country.

Well I really only went to one place in Nashville (I was only there for one night) and it was the Wildhorse Saloon.
The Wildhorse is a HUGE dance club that plays mostly live country music. Modern and open, it is a mecca for tourists who know of the place because of Club Dance (a show that I really do not wish to elaborate on). Anyhooooo, they will play dance music if you stay long enough. Patience is truly a virtue.
Dress Code: Typical bar wear.
