There are three decent mountain bike trails in the Nashville area. I think the best is Lock 4 Trails in Gallatin, about 25 miles NE of Nasvhillle.
The next is Bowie Nature Trails in Fairview, Tn. about 25 miles west of Nashville.
Third is the Hamilton Creek Traills on Priest Lake in Nashville. The trails are old and worn but good if you like rocky, rooty surfaces. Leave a Comment Theme: Biking

As a girl, I can tell you that southern chivalry does not die at the gates of the Coliseum. Every game I have attended, there has been at least 2 or 3 surrounding gentlemen offering to make beer/food runs "for the ladies!"
