Cirque du Chine: A World of Class with World Class Athletes

This lavish, world class production featured some of the world's greatest acrobats, gymnasts and athletes adds a welcome touch of class to the venues of this Area.
It is probably too classy for the mass appeal of the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area visitors,
so you had best take advantage of it while it lasts.

The costuming, staging and performances are filled with grace and beauty. The skills of Chinese National Acrobats have to be seen to be believed, and some will never be forgotten.

Having to choose something that will entertain all 22 of our children and grandchildren was a challenging task, and I am happy to report that all 22 found a lot to like at this attraction.

We can recommend this attraction to anyone who appreciates real beauty and world class perfomances

Smith Family Theatre: Show Recommendations

Over the years of going to our place in Pigeon Forge we have seen most of the shows offered. Some are very good, some are a step above karoke. One that we found especially enjoyable was the Smith Family Theatre. It features the three Smith brothers and truely live music with a backing band. The show has music from a variety of musical eras, with some comedy and audience interaction to round out the show. You will have fun and hear some good music, the Smith boys genuinely seem to enjoy and put out an excellent effort at each show. I recommend this show for anyone who does not have the kids along.

Fiddler's Feast: An Enjoyable Night of Music, Food and Fun

The Fiddler's Feast is a dinner theatre of sorts. Your meal is steak, chicken, baked beans, cole slaw, new potatoes and cobbler for dessert. The food is good and everyone has a plate in about 20 minutes. You go through a line and return your dishes yourself but it works out pretty well. After dinner there is a show with country and mountain music and some humor. Seating is family style at long picnic tables. Everyone sits on padded benches and toward the end of the show my back was hurting a little. There are some regular chairs for older people or special needs people. It is a nice way to spend the evening. Tickets are about $40 a piece (the same as most of the shows in town) and is worth the money to me. Arrive early because you want to get a seat that faces the stage and if you come later you will sit with your back to the stage and have to turn around on the bench to see the show.

Dress Code: There are no dress requirements but blue jeans are appropriate for this show. You might feel out of place all dressed up but anything from shorts to business casual would probably be fine.

conveniently located just off the parkway, exciting shows, entertainment for all ages*
Beautiful theater facility*

Dress Code: Since Pigeon Forge is in the South, they know people are traveling through, so casual attire is fine for the shows. But if you wish, dress up and put the dog on*
