You can't drive through Amarillo on I-40 without seeing the Big Texan steak house. It's definitely a tourist trap, but if you're just passing through, it will make for a pretty good memory with lots of photograph opportunities outside. You might even get to see someone trying to polish off the 72oz. steak challenge!
