This is the real deal no aires or graces with this place and what you see is what you get
and that is a traditional BBQ Texas style.
You simply choose your meat from one of the iron drums that are outside whther it is brisket, sausage, chicken, whatever and then you take it indoors where they will slice it for you whilst you pay for it then get your beverages and potatoe salad and enjoy at on of the many long benches inside the place.
Oh and dont go looking for plates, because they're is'nt any you just eat off a sort of grease paper crude i know but saves on the washing up!
Favorite Dish: Brisket was absolutely fantastic and the meat in general was probably the most succulent i have had and a bargain basement at that -
how about $50 for 4 people and still tons to take home.
