This was the way to get around College Station! My godson, James, is now 16 and has a monster truck known as a Rumblebee.... it's big, yellow and very noisy. I drove it for a while, it's a powerful thing but you can't really go fast in it as it is top heavy!!!

This is an undeveloped park consisting of 500 acres of post-oak savannah, bottomland forests and small wetland ecosystem near the creek. The only real development consists of a parking lot and some primitive trails criss crossing the park. The park is great for its diversity of wildlife and plants and its proximity on the outskirts of College Station. Bird watching is excellent in the park year round and the parks is also home to an endangered orchid called the Navasot Lady Tresses. Classes from Texas A&M use the park for field studies in plant taxonomy. If you have the time swing by and take a walk. If you are an ornithology enthusiast, don't miss the park.
