Check out the newest and greatest downtown spot. The Lotus Cup is a coffeeshop/juicebar/interesting-great-food spot.
It has been described as neo-hippy. You will find there impromptu drumming, celtic music and anyone who wants to take stage for a bit of merry making. They people there are really nice, and it is a great place to hang out, read, play a round of scrabble or meet some new friends. It is also connected to a business called Yin-Yang Fandango, great place! The Center has a drum circle twice a month that is open to the public. They always have drums or rattles you can borrow and the people of all ages and backgrounds join in. Lotus Cup is open T-Sn. Every night til 12 and Friday and Saturday til 2 am.
Dress Code: Mostly really casual...whatever you feel comfy wearing.
